CROPRISING: BAD GARDENERS & GOOD WEEDS—A GUIDE is an art book created in collaboration with Hana Korneti and Dimitar Samardziev. It is inspired by real and imagined experiences in Skopje’s first community garden, BOSTANIE. This work highlights the garden as a symbol of resistance and challenges human-centered narratives, combining non-fiction, practical guides, and speculative stories gathered through research and conversations with gardeners.
This project was developed in partnership with PrivatePrint [an art book publishing house from Skopje, N. Macedonia] and was sponsored by the Prince Claus Fund for Culture and Development.
